Choosing "Replace" replaces all of the recipes on your iPhone with the ones in the list selected in your copy of MacGourmet on your Mac. "Add" will add to the ones there. This is to allow you to build a smaller list of, say, new recipes, and just "add" those, without having to transfer the whole collection each time. Sorry for any confusion.

So, if you choose "Replace" you should be all set.
