My desktop MacGourmet has wayyy too many recipes (LOL) and I don't want to import all of those into the MacGourmet for iPod Touch as it would surely bog it down. I have made one "playlist" in MG with recipes I do want to put on the Touch. Is there a way to just import that list only into the Touch? Thanks.

Yes, you can do that. You just want to create a smaller list for this, named something like "iPhone" and then choose that list in your MacGourmet Sharing preferences instead of My Recipes. That should do it. It will then pull from that list instead of your main recipe list.
