|
|
Hi:
I'm new to SQLGrinder and am using 2.0.0 B2 (v 1). When I connect to the database from the browser, nothing is listed in the Groups pane so I cannot access the database. The editor accepts sql statements and appears to work. How can I access the database using the browser? |

That depends on a lot. The first question is what database and driver combination are you using?

| I'm using FrontBase with JDBC driver. I'm running Mac OS X version 10.4.2. |

Sorry for the delayed response. The current SQLGrinder 2 beta hasn't been validated against FrontBase yet, but it's on the list. Thanks for the report, I'll take a look at it. FrontBase takes a little tweaking to get the needed schema info, and there's probably just a bug there. Are you using the latest server and JDBC driver versions?

Hi Michael:
Yes to both. Frontbase 4.1.16 and JDBC 2.4.7. |
